A friend of mine contacted me with a great idea. Instead of having a traditional cake at her daughters wedding, she wanted to have a dessert bar. The colors of the wedding were orange, yellow and green so we decided to serve citrus flavored desserts. In addition to yellow Jelly Belly's and yellow M&M's I made orange cupcakes, lemon cupcakes, lime mousse in shot glasses and lemon raspberry tartlets.
I had a few ideas for how the desserts would be presented and my husband built custom boxes just for these desserts. We stretched white linen fabric on the wood boxes and accented each with ribbons corresponding with each dessert.

I catered a Spanish Tapas Cocktail Party for some friends and the food turned out great! Here are some quick pictures I took of the food before it was all gone.
