Baby Shower Luncheon

Last weekend we had a small baby shower luncheon for a good friend. With the weather being so hot I couldn't imagine cooking in a hot kitchen so I decided that Chinese Chicken Salad, Lettuce Wraps and Watermelon would be the perfect lunch--and it was!
